FlujIvr, allows you to record calls and make quick queries in reports that are easily accessible to end users, facilitating the search for a particular call, and allowing you to view all the actions carried out during the call, as well as allowing you to listen to the voice recordings of said calls.

FlujIvr, operates under the JEE standard, and is ready to operate in HA (High Availability) mode, which guarantees that audio response applications are always available.

It integrates with voice/IP systems based on Asterisk and allows the implementation of multiple audio response applications.

Control outgoing calls using access keys typed through the telephone set and monitor call queues through the visual interface that makes it easy to identify bottlenecks in decision trees.
